Our Story
Around fourteen years ago, I had my first taste of pour over coffee and was stunned by the incredible flavor and variety within the coffee world. It was like being a kid in a candy store, discovering new coffee shops and their unique brews. Eventually, I purchased a small commercial espresso machine for my home and fell further in love with coffee. I knew that one day, I wanted to open my own coffee shop. After years of dreaming, B&T was born – a family owned and operated business that wants to share their passion for coffee with everyone. Our top priority is providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Fresh Beans
That’s correct! Using fresh beans can greatly improve the taste of your coffee. The flavor and aroma of coffee beans begin to deteriorate once they are roasted, so it’s best to use them within a few weeks of roasting. Grinding the beans just before brewing can also enhance the taste.
